Greeters
Uniformed parking directors, equipped with umbrellas and flashlights, offer your guests a warm welcome, cover from the elements, and peace of mind as they greet and direct each guest to a parking spot that meets their needs.
Coat Check Services
We can provide courteous and knowledgeable coat check attendants, and arrange for coat racks, hangers, and claim checks.
Event Parking Coordination
Traffic Marshaling/Directing. We manage and direct the safe movement of traffic for your event, optimize the use of parking space, and minimize congestion.
Door Security
Our door security personnel ensure that only invited guests attend your event. We also provide vaccine checks to comply with State guidelines.
Black Tie Uniform
For more formal events, our staff can be in black slacks, white button up shirts, black vest and bow ties. To differentiate the valet manager on site a red vest might be worn in lieu of black.
Umbrella Services
The Pacific Northwest is known for its unpredictable weather. Let us greet your guests with elegant oversized black umbrellas. We can also shield them from the elements as they walk to the entrance.
Shuttle Services
Butler Seattle’s transportation division, Butler Transportation, offers a fleet of Mercedes-Benz Sprinters for shuttle services, and the resources of an experienced transportation company that is fully insured and licensed with Washington UTC.
Transportation Coordination
We coordinate arrangements and special services between transportation providers, planners and clients, creating a detailed end-to-end transportation plan to meet your needs.
Revenue Control
Butler can assist or manage lot or event revenue. We will place trained staff appropriately to ease congestion and minimize steps when entering or exiting, depending on the need of the client, to collect entrance fees or parking charges.
Parking Logistics
