Tour FAQs
Helpful Information For Your Tour Planning
Once the date is confirmed as available, we will need some items from you.
- Before any bookings or reservations can be made, we must have a credit card provided to us to hold the vehicle and to charge 50% of the day once finalized and agreed upon by the client.
- The pick-up address, and the drop-off address. These can be different if you would like to be picked up at one place and perhaps left at a restaurant at the end of the day.
- The four-hour time frame (typically) for the tour. Recommended times are 11 am–3 pm, noon–4 pm, or 1 pm–5 pm. It is very important to know that most wineries close at 5 pm; therefore, the tasting day needs to begin at the above-recommended times to accommodate all the stops and client returns.
- The number of guests you anticipate having on board
Prior approval by Butler as well as the procurement of a Banquet Permit, for any on-board wine consumption – a Washington State Liquor Board law.
We welcome light snacks on board, should you wish to bring your own items.
Many wineries are also production sites and tend to be chilly year-round. A light wrap is recommended.
The Team at Butler Wine Tours sincerely hopes that this helps provide some initial information as you begin planning for your tour. We are here to help and answer any questions you may have.
